i read it as a share placement in Khuiten. New shares equal in number to those existing now will be created and sold to Zijin. That becomes new capital in Khuiten and becomes the main source of funds to advance the project. It saves XAM from contributing $17.5 million, but it certainly does not go into XAM accounts. Anyway, it doesn’t hurt to be asking XAM for an easier to understand description of where the money would flow if it is paid.
