Dolci has been around for years, their sentiment just reflects their current trading position. They've consistently shown that they have no moral qualms about trying to steer sentiment for their own profit. Should be on everyone's ignore list.
You are of course correct that they have zero relevant knowledge or experience for evaluating the technology on offer. Their frustration at the price moving even a small amount against their current short position is transparent and obvious when you look at their comments in this thread.
