Mach is owned by an Indonesian billionaire. Mach acquired the Mt Pleasant coal project in NSW from Rio Tinto in August 2016 for a low price when coal prices were extremely low. It was Mach's first investment in Australia. Mach built the coal mine and made a fortune.
Lets hope this deal is the game changer for suffering RXM shareholders like me and many others. It certainly provides me with confidence that the Hillside project might finally get developed after a 10 year plus wait. I brought RXM in July 2021 and have been thinking about selling recently due to lack of progress on RMX's 2 projects over the last couple of years.
