Interpretation of SP timing and value seems certainly dependent on perspective... Oct, Nov, Dec, 3 months RXM SP averages $0.16. JV News announced and it lifts to $0.19 for 3 weeks and a CR is immediately announced at a 'discount' of $0.17 which is already the current SP. Dilution will undoubtedly put further downward pressure on SP, which has already met the discounted price offered. Is there any incentive to support the dilution of stock? 100million+ new shares on the registry and locking in a <$0.20 SP for the near future buy requesting money from shareholders (with no apparent incentive) is what this seems to be. Is this really an opportunity? 1:6 offer at the current share price or just soak up as many as I like on market and a seemingly cheaper price. One of the online legends here has no doubt a way with words to explain why we might take this up? Management really doesn't seem to be able to find the money to get into and out of the ground?..
