The only way this works as some sort of sweet deal for us retail investors is if they have a more substantial announcement towards progress just around the corner.
But i agree that the discount is obviously available on market for us right now anyway.
THE SAFEST WAY TO DOUBLE YOUR MONEY IS TO FOLD IT OVER ONCE AND PUT IT IN YOUR POCKET.
