Personally a raise that low was disappointing, I chose to exit thinking there's no way this could possibly do anything for a while, to recover from such a poorly managed raise. Well I spent the whole day in denial, just watching, didn't re enter as it got to high to soon, Good luck to you all, great work hanging on, after today's performance, the future looks bright. Cheers
