Yes the price could have been higher and it's a shame they've rewarded these sophs at discounted prices. Who knows when this was negoatied but let's look at the positives.
We now have $5m cash for acquisitions and exploration and Yahua have effectively commited to EFE as a substantial holder so the MOU is effectively going to be binding.
