Did some Due Dilligence last night, with the help of Jack Daniels and his faithful dog Drambuie. After chewin the fat with @rogerdat yesterday, there was a few things, that didn't gel. The top of the list was the objection by Atlas Operations Pty Ltd. Lodged and withdrawn way too quickly.????

Which begged the question, who is Atlas Operations. I had an idea, but wasn't 100% sure. Atlas Operations is owned by Atlas Iron, but classed as "an associate", which was bought out by Hancock Prospecting, which is owned by Gina Rinehart. Atlas Iron has a top rapport with the Nyamyl People and the Njamal Native Title Claimants. (surprise surprise). Gina eventually bet Twiggy to the outright purchase of Atlas, by pulling a swifty.

EFE, is pretty confident they can get the ELA over the line. I'm now wondering if a deal was done in the background. The outcome of the ELA rests with the High Court WA & the Nyamyl People and the Njamal Native Title Claimants.
