so 20c isn't a big discount when one entity is putting in $1.5m of cash as a punt.

BGT still has huge risks and is a $40m micro cap stock.

no doubt the deal would of been done before the stock jumped late Monday.

and to be honest I'm happy it's gone to 1 entity rather than raised at a higher price and handed out to 20 investors

who's buying now? Maybe them or their friends. Money isn't the only benefit BGT will get out of these people on the register
