Looks like they missed their raise target of $2m. Never a good look. When you add the broker options in is a fee of about 55% so bit of a concern. But then they say they may not issue the broker options so who knows. Broker annoyed?
Scott says a respectable price. Issue is that if you price in the 2 sets of 2:1 options it is actually a deep discount.
Anyway, I don’t want to be too critical. I wish them well. GBA are nice fellas.
