Very bullish T&Cs. With the options expiring in December 2021, ADD Mgmt have set themselves a short time frame to add value to both the company and its shareholders. No doubt they will be working hard to achieve the $0.12 VWAP (or 200% appreciation from the raising price) to enable them to call the options and add a further $mil to the kitty. This should give shareholders confidence that ADD will be incredibly prudent with the first $1.4m. Whilst those funds may not last a complete year, I'm quite certain it will get the share price beyond that 12c 10 day vwap target well before the options expire. Bullish and very favorable for all involved.
