Pathetic.
They're giving away a 20% stake in the company for 12 cents!!!
At a 19% discount.
The only positive is the shares are locked away in safe hands, rather than getting dumped on market (and snapped up by shorters).
But aside from the massive dilution, it also places 20% of the company in the hands of a company who can now make a 100% gain if we get a lowball offer of 24 cents.
I have really lost all faith in the current board. I will be voting against the next renumeration report.
