I see this as several significant tier one strategic companies in the Chinese lithium battery sector looking to use AGY's Rincon development as a test pilot for their own brines, which if successful, will be 1000 times bigger.

Code for - time is running out to be a part of this company at current prices . Potentially expecting news next week ;-)

And .. "several parties identified by Airguide to consider details of any potential propositions for the Company" we could have a bidding war on our hands. Wouldn't that be a great position to be in?

As well, China does not want to be buying resources from the world , that's not how they roll. They want to be the ones selling it to the world. They are setting them selves up to be the global supplier of energy - the world runs on energy and if they own the energy then ... all imo of course.
