From memory it was $50M to increase the output to 120Ktpa. Instead much of the money was used to fix up existing problems. Not sure this impressed all shareholders.

Now the whole lot is listed with Pickles. A $400M project carved up into auction lots. A disaster for all concerned, including investors in SOP companies still trading.
