Is it shameless or smart.
To get rid of venture capital that was crucifying the SP and do it with unsecured shares seems like a money source has confidence.
SH have called for this action.
To get rid of something that has interest attached to it and therefore a continuing debt that could force bankruptsy.
I fully support the Board on this action.
