This is positive news. I think management have made the right call to batten down the hatches and preserve capital for when conditions stabilise. This also provides time for the sites that are under the implementation process to be ready to hit the ground running as soon as possible once the market returns. Fundamentally though doesn't change my sentiment for neither the businesses fundamentals, nor the mangement team.
