I see the upside ... But as we know even upside could have a downer ,,, could AYC just dilute ORS in time ..ORS needs to raise capital or will they just distribute the AYC shares opts to S/Hs ... Then raise cash to push forward as a explorer

I guess the whole review is too see what mgmt can come up with to hopefully entice S/H funding needed to keep their jobs ...as the 200k not going to last long..

Am I right thinking ORS has million dollars credit available ? Nil debt?
