Well yes they haven,t asked for any extra funds but going from June qtr report they will use up 190k of the 200k in the bank this qtr ... Now it's not a if but when they will ask for extra funds ..

2. ORS percentage holding in AYC might get diluted in the future, but its actual holding 170mil plus options wont change a bit. thats 8mil worth as of today@4c.

Do these opts have a exercise price ?

3. AYC trading desk is quite liquid, which is very good sign things are on track exceeding expectation. by the time AYC hit 5c by weekend, ORS will be 10mil north, thats 4 times current sp even u deduct the 1mil debt.

I agree AYC is kicking on nicely 4.1c currently ...

Could ORS do a cap raising to S/Hs where the AYC shares are distributed rather than extra ORS shares ?? This would raise a few million in much needed capital to continue exploration and get the funds to exercise the AYC opts in time ? Reduce debt etc

ORS will burn through 190k this qtr
