just go check AYCO price, ORS's 57mil option will worth around 2mil by end of the month. then the heads deemed price will be 5c min, that 8.5mil. currently still less than 3mil mc with 1mil debt.
the fact is they announcement strategic review before cr or anything else, it's a sign that they already sorted out short term money problem. most likely block trade its 25% AYC shares for some 2.5mil, pay 1mil debt, and set ready for backdoors.
