There are companies looking at TAW assets (Mofe Creek is really starting to look good) and making offers because the stock is so cheap to take out.
Don't look to much into David Frances leaving.. He is a mine builder and a corporate deal at this point,may be far more lucrative for investors then raising cash at these level to do more drilling and then raising more cash to build a mine all the while diluting our interests.
Notice approaches was plural and not singular...
