Looks like Strategic Pillars 101
With minor tweaks you could apply this to most any lithium project. As it's been said...this is what they should be, and i'd assume have been doing all along.
That being the case....it's not strategic. It's really just BAU (business as usual). Really, does feel like window dressing fluff in anticipation of AGM.
