The time frame is very short between now and the end of the month.
If you look at EV manufacturers batterymakers who played between Europe,Canada, U S. as to where they were going to build batteries, cars, lots can happen, they going to build, then they are not and then they get a deal at better terms, so they are going ahead and now we some delaying.
The Marlin, if true, is still there, others have arrived in Quebec in recent months.
There is only one mine producing spod and a working carbonate plant which is the SYA plan
