Wrong. He is crazy to suggest that the board would want to deliberately wreck their own share price and thus place themselves under heaps of investor pressure, and threaten their own roles. But I'm hardly surprised to see you have to resort to such desperate theories, considering you were one of the posters I recall being most dismissive of anyone who dared criticize the direction the company was taking.
