Totally agree - we need a miner running the show when dealing with what is a difficult resource. They are already identifying solutions to the mill feed issue which is not expected to be completed until March. This is good - slow and steady wins the race IMO. The graph shows that the plant is about to turn a corner, albeit we are heating into more difficult winter months.
