On August 29 I posted a comment after James Brown signed an announcement from Morella:
I know directors can hold multiple board positions, but I don't like it. They are paid good money, concentrate on one company and do the job to the best of your ability. It is not as though SYA and 1MC are setting the investment world on fire. I know James is interim CEO for SYA, but lets hope they appoint someone on a permanent basis quickly so they can give their undivided attention to the issues at SYA.
That was 73 days ago, 10 weeks and 3 days, the day after Brett Lynch "left".
How is the search for his replacement going?
Does the board have a bad reputation and anyone with suitable qualifications is reluctant to step up?
You would think there would be someone out there who has done some time with one of the more established miners and looking to run their own show.
This is sounding more and more like another "boys club". Vote NO.
