re: Ann: Strategic Review (Canaccord Appointe... Please folks, lets cut the crap about "manipulation". The share price is where it is for a host of different REAL reasons.
1. The $80 milll from MCC looks less likely than ever,
even Sage is no longer saying he is confident.
2. We have been hit with a $96 mill tax bill including penalties and we "are pleased " we only had to pay $33mill while we fight it out in the court.
3. The asset that in Sages own analysis represents about
80% of the value of our company has been on the market
for 4 years. its valuation of $500mill is simply Sages
"asking price" it is becoming clear no one is going to
pay anything like that. An asset that cant be used
with spending $1billion + could very well be worthless.
particularly with iron ore prices forecast to
possibly go as low as $70tonnes due to
overproduction and decreasing chinese demand
4. The CEO who virtually is CFE has just had bypass
surgery and has been reported to be winding down
his committments.
5. The same CEO is having activities investigated by no
less than
1. Crimes Commission
2. Federal Police
3. ASIC
4. ATO
and he wont even tell us why. Unpaid Parking fines perhaps?
