All of the acquisitions made by BWX in the past 12 months or so were made by Humble & Finlay. These acquisitions don't really have any synergies with the main brand Sukin. Instead, they were done simply for the purpose of enlarging the empire by taking advantage of BWX's then lofty valuations.
With H&F now gone, I wouldn't be surprised if the new CEO gets rid off these businesses at significant loss so that they can concentrate on Sukin.
Those who still believe in the possibility of Bain coming back is simply fooling themselves.
After what H&F had done, they will never be welcomed back at BWX.
I guess they deserve what they've got. If only they concentrate on building the business for the benefit of all shareholders and not just themselves, they will still be around, able to continue to earn fat salaries.
Good riddance!
