Why do I have this feeling that this stock is going to surprise...

Why do I have this feeling that this stock is going to surprise everyone one day? I feel it's one of those stocks where for years and years it has bad luck after bad luck and goes nowhere, just keeps getting bashed around by posters on hotcopper and then, boooom!! Out of nowhere the tide turns and luck falls their way, right place right time, up and away she goes.

for the last few years I hear the same things over and over again about cash burn and how much longer can they keep the lights on, 3-6 months left and she's all over, but they are still here kicking along year after year.
