I think that's not the right view here ... efficiencies are sought when you have large but declining margins and companies focus more on costs. Oil companies are going to be holding their cash as close as they can and experimenting on new additives is going to be a hard sell.

the only hope is a swift resolution to the opec - Russia dispute but history suggests oil wars never end quickly.

Raising cash and reducing costs is very prudent and I don't know how else they could have done it other than have the Board all put up their hands. As much as we all want this company to establish itself I think the wait is now a lot longer
