Yes I agree buying at these prices at 20% discount seems a pretty good place to park money. As you say the franked divs are nice, they seem good managers and there is the possibility of a future windup maybe one day redeeming at NTA.

The risk is if you have to sell before then buyers will be limited particularly in a bear market.
