Well, after assessing the current state of affairs, strategic reviews are also meant to be forward looking and offer some kind of a medium and longer term plan, objectives, etc.
The current management have one shot to get these things right. If the new strategy still relies at all on daigou then they are as good as done.
If they can demonstrate a plan whereby they become more competitive in China CBEC and expand on their USA opportunities, then they have half a chance of surviving. I'm not a shareholder though, just an observer.
