That may be the case but I was referring to the strategy review which isn't released until tomorrow.
It's possible some investors are buying ahead of this.
New management seem to have been somewhat effective in countering the shenanigans of Carr and co, so probably not a stretch to assume they might be better at actually running the company too. We'll see.
