The M & A sector continues to heat up which isn't unexpected given the current depressed prices of assets and the amount of money existing miners are printing. Given the location of the BDC tenements, the amount of work that has been done as well as being surrounded by existing mills, we well could see a sale of the gold assets generating an amount closer to the NPV. Much more than I thought was possible a few weeks ago.
