As a holder I hope you're right. My valuation on the gold assets is somewhat less at around 13-15c. It's a lot less than what yourself & many others have been pitching but I think that's about where it would land & that is predicated on a suitor having existing mill capacity within an economical distance of ore body to mill. They are there. I would like nothing more to be wrong if offers are pitched.
