The worry with any strategic review for me is that as managers of the business the CEO and board's job is to make wealth generating "strategic decisions". That is what running a business is called so if they are going to come out and say they have a special strategic review .. to me it means they have stuffed something up. Additionally, I dont think I have seen anyone comment on the Total Communications purchase. Given how often " communications businesses " change hands and that they have no experience in this business and also I imagine that a completely different  person makes that purchase decision compared to their other products I just dont see the rationale. I sold back when I thought about the acquisition.
