I really wonder why you would announce a "strategic review" rather than just do it and let us know at the end what you have decided. I managed a business for 25 years and never told the owner when I was doing a "strategic review" until I had, then presented a case for what I though needed to be done. That's why I made the comment I did above. It just seems to be unnecessary to spook the market.
