Seems a knee jerk announcement based on obligation to keep market properly informed once it leaked BP33 teams released. A forced announcement which will drag on like taking a band-aid off slowly and painfully. Great uncertainty until end Jan when quarterly released. Perfect breading ground for shorter.
would have preferred to rip band-aid off at once when they know what their actions are going to be. Now shorter have 1 month to push us down further.
A forced announcement that was unnecessary, but forced. No choice.
