You generally go into VA when you either can't pay your bills or you can't pay your debt.
CXO are reducing their bills and have SFA debt. They also have a sizeable bank account earning interest.
The issue is whether they need to do another CR or raise finance once they ramp up BP33 but that is down the track.
Maybe they might explore JV options in the meantime.
