The diversification has always appealed to me, but conversely it does frighten off the investors that are specifically interested in a single asset. The whole tends to be brought down by the weakest link. Id agree splitting it all would unlock value that hasnt been rightly realised as a result of the diversification.
Looking forward to the conclusions of this review. I believe it will pave the path for a re-rate.
