Despite this bull case scenario and the discount now shrinking below 5% PMC is barely keeping up with VGS since I sold in mid-May....
Let's see how long it will take for shareholders to get NAV and what sort of fees will pop up.
As an example when Ellerston Asia Fund EAI became EAGF (ETMS) there was a "termination fee" even though Ellerston remain the manager of EAGF - only the structure changed. Would have to look at PMC PDS to confirm what the termination fee with Platinum.
If Platinum management are honest they should waive that fee.
