The announcement is so vague that I'm not sure what they plan, it reads more to me like they don't want to exclude doing anything the independent review suggests, which might include changing drilling prioritisation, asset disposal, joint ventures, a cup of tea, a Bex and a good lie down etc. Based on almost a couple of decades of history, I think you have zero chance of seeing any capital returned (or even profits) by CTP management, it is not in their DNA.
