We are also seeing the share price creep up, not unusual volumes but definitely trending up. I got at $4.58 average price over last ~6-8 weeks or so back, now at $4.89. Picked up dividend of 7.5 cents a share too. I am sure there's some institutional money, and maybe others (potential suitors..?) starting to jostle onto the register. I don't think more news will be far away (but, 8.2% current return over 2 months is a decent trade already - without the T/O upside).
