xxLiONxx, I beg to disagree that Victor could not have done better. He has lead the operation into and out of C&M and most likely back into C&M based on NPV of the operations. 3 Capital raises in 2 years is out of ordinary for any operation. Which ever way you turn the spin it has been a fail from the leadership group, Board and CEO. As a professional CEO he should have done better and the board should have held him accountable. CEO's only run the operation not the company, that is where the board should hold them accountable and provide direction and not acceptance of reports !!!!.
