Indeed. And the very fact that they got their shares (incl oppies) at effectively half price was the loudest signal to them and us that they were taking on a very high risk. They were very clearly advised of the risks, and hence their is unlikely to be anything criminal in taking money from those very greedy high risk gamblers.
Furthermore every company has it’s communication style. One should learn it for the company one is investing in and thereby learn to read between the lines. Most did (rather than listening to the absurd nonsense from Tomboy) and hence the poor chart since the CR regardless that it was a huge cash injection.
I understand some sticking with the company (been there done that, and no doubt will again), however it should have been pretty difficult for them not to see that they were taking a high risk?
Now where is Tomboy (strangely AWAL from hc for over a week) when you most need him. With his experience from TRY, MBN and no doubt others he could guide folk through the likely long drawn out process to come.
