Low Nickel prices are one of the problems for this mine. Furthermore I doubt PAN will have the the capital and the balance sheet to fund ongoing develop the mine over the next few year. My guess is IGO is the most obvious new owner as they have all the surrounding tenure and the required balance sheet.
