At a time when serious money from Otway Gas Plant starts to roll in, the share price goes down.
In Perth Basin, BPT mentioned a potential gas fairway that surrounds Tarantula Deep and Redback Deep discoveries. Plus gas export possibilities from these fields.
Higher dividends are coming. But not until February 2025.
BPT going into gas storage business is a good start in moving to new business horizons. Next would be generating electricity at peak periods.
That would mean building a new gas power plant.
Higher gas prices in future.
