I'm a little thrown off by "positioning for stable growth" without any acknowledgement of the 30% headcount reduction. I could just be sensitive to these types of management moves in companies I've worked in, but it comes across to me as whitewashing. There's no mention of retaining company knowledge which I see is more relevant now for stable growth than ever after a 30% reduction of heads.
