… and what if it goes down the track of say SII potentially taking a stake in ADO, I reckon SII wouldn't be looking at 5-10% - probably more like 20% and probably a Board seat … and probably buying into ADO as a whole rather than just life sciences now that ADO is potentially getting involved in the e-mobility business in India … and then how do you value that - especially giving them a stake that size - it'll be a premium to what the shareprice is now - the previous cap raising only last year could be a starting point.
... a decent equity stake would certainly take care of the cashflow for sometime - that and increased sales from SII and growing sales elsewhere, R&D credits and $5.4m in grant funding, and a cost base that is looking at being 20% lower following the strategic review.
