Well stated Peter! Like you, I think we have had a raft of inappropriate leaders at ADO. Misunderstanding the stage of our journey or not completing the plans that would/should have brought us to the Gold. Bouris with the Diasource deal not getting the finance across the line, and Derek directing the organisation in Covid times without an ounce of sales skill and refusing to appoint anyone who would clearly have made him look poorly. As for David, he swanned in talking Marketing101 but was not a doer. That brings us to now - where we have CEO that understands the position we are in, and sees the massive opportunity that is in a cave somewhere and is determined to dig up the entire mountain range to find it. As Gareth noted the other day - he was happy and I am happy to wait.
