My guess is someone has inside news that their is a buyer in the wings.
The strategic review was a let down and BUBS are not going to cut cash burn to the level they have promised.
BUBS will need to raise capital this financial year to stay liquid.
There is no fundamental financial reason on the P&L or cash situation to fuel the current rally.
